Brian T. Stewart, MSW, CBLC is a successful author and social worker whose work focuses on the intersection of race, gender, and mental health within urban communities. His unique background combines his lived experience as a Black man in America with years of experience in social work and psychology. He has dedicated his career to promoting mental wellness, challenging harmful stereotypes surrounding Black masculinity, and fostering positive change within communities. Brian's prior publications include: Drop The Weight: A Guide to Improving Your Mental Fitness in Order to Recognize and Achieve Your Goals. He is passionate about using his voice to amplify the stories of Black men and to create a more just and equitable world. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia and continues to work towards building stronger communities.
